- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, club owners, and promoters.
- Handle all aspects of booking logistics, including travel arrangements, contracts, and other organizational tasks related to live performances.
- Communicate with clients via phone, video meetings, and direct conversations to ensure smooth planning and execution of bookings.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring all terms are met by both the artist and the venue/event organizer.
- Proactively communicate and act as the main point of contact for both venues and artists.
- Follow up with venues and organizers on booking details and payments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
