Dear Music Producers
We are excited to introduce a new feature aimed at streamlining your work and making the entire process more efficient. In the event of a contract agreement, we kindly ask you to provide all necessary information following the instructions below:
1. Form Fields Completion: Please fill out all relevant fields in the form, including details such as the music cover in 3000 x 3000 PX format in JPG RGB format, the duration of the title, the master (both the radio version and the extended version in Wave format), the song lyrics, the names of the songwriter, the real first and last names of the artists, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of all involved parties. Additionally, specify when you have slots available for releases to avoid overlaps with other music labels.
2. Contracts: If applicable, please attach the contract signed by all involved parties for the project. This includes the publishing contract if your production is self-created and not a cover. For cover productions, the signing and uploading of the license agreement are sufficient. If the rights to the cover belong to ZYX Musik, please indicate. If the rights are not with ZYX Music, please provide the relevant information so that we can conduct an official inquiry if needed, to obtain clearance. Include details about the original, such as which publisher it is with, who the songwriter and producer are, and on which label the original was released, along with the release date.
3. Pre-Release and Release Press Texts: We kindly request you to independently create a pre-release text and a release press text. You are best aware of the relevant content and how the project unfolded.
4. Collaboration: We appreciate your collaboration and thank you sincerely for your efforts in providing this information. Upon receipt, we will generate a revised press text version and keep you informed.
